Visiting Xochimilco is literally sailing through the city’s history. The area is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and still preserves the chinampas, artificial islands built more than 700 years ago that continue to supply CDMX with vegetables. For international visitors we recommend a curated dock, a private trajinera and a bilingual guide who can explain the cosmovision, flora and rituals that are still practiced today.
Large groups, families, bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate teams and visitors looking for a festive, photogenic outdoor experience.
